Bean burgers

These vegetarian burgers are precooked, ready to be heated on a pan or BBQ.  Put the burgers frozen on the pan/bbq directly from the freeser.  Fry on a medium hot pan with a drizzle of oil for about 12 minutes, or bake in an oven at 220°C for about 15. mín.   The burgers are ready when warm throughout.    

Serve with fresh green salat, steamed or fried vegetables.  Or serve in a nice bread for example pita bread with lettuce, cheese, tomoatos, onion and pitasauce.  

Ingredients: Wholegrain barly (48%), turnips, kohlrabi, chick peas (12%), pumpkinseeds, parsley, vegetable stock (no yeast), herbal salt and spices.  Covered with barley flour and sesame seeds.
