Breadmix

w/Icelandic herbs

This breadmix is made of wholegrain barley and wholewheat.  For an easy, rustic bread flavored with wild Icelandic herbs just add 3 dl of water and 2 tbsp of oil to the breadmix and stir well.  Put the dough in a non stick form, sprinkle with a bit of water and make holes in it with a fork.  Bake for 40 minutes at 210°c and let it cool down for 15-20 minutes before cutting. As an alternative add jogurt instead of water, and 3 dl of seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower).   Ingredients: Wholewheat, white flour, barley flour, barley flakes, angelica, grapeseed baking powder, wild birch, seasalt.  100% certified organic.
