Kale & cabbage

This product a nice combination of classic white cabbage and the superfood kale. Kale grows extremely well in Iceland and is one of the most healthy vegetables there is. We use traditional methods of lacto fermentation which result in this flavourful natural probiotic. With a slight bitterness to it try it with any vegetarian dishes or red meat or toss in salad to give them a ruscic flavor. This product has not been sterilized or pasteurized and should be stored in a refrigerator at 0-4°C.
