"Kimchi style"
Kale & kohlrabi
This product is delilciously flavourful and juicy: “Kimchi” is well known in Asia but we use a mild approach and use vegetables that are grown at a northern latitude such as in Iceland. Usually we can grow pok choi with good results, but if not available we use kale. We use traditional methods of lacto fermentation which result in this flavourful natural probiotic, try it with vegetarian dishes or seafood. For those desiring a more asian touch just add chilli, soy sauce or fish sauce to your liking. This product has not been sterilized or pasteurized and should be stored in a refrigerator at 0-4°C.
