This is a classic and delicious plain sauerkraut. We use traditional methods of lacto fermentation which results in this flavorful natural probiotic to accompany most food. Try it with your omelette or toss in salads. Sauerkraut has great acidity to accompany most braised food, meat and fried fish for example. This product has not been sterilized or pasteurized and should be stored in a refrigerator at 0-4°C. Ingredients: White cabbage, seasalt.
