Fennel delight

This delicious sweet pickle is fashioned from a medley of beetroots, fennel, star aniseed and kohlrabi, which wonderfully accompanies meat such as game, yet can also compliment vegetable dishes such as with carrots.  Try as a topping on salads.  Ingredients:  Beetroots, kohlrabi, fennel (12%), apple juice, raw cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, staraniseed, salt, black pepper.   Refrigerate after openening.
